We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that effective 03/01/2025, we will be adjusting our rates for Water, Garbage, Storm Sewer, and the Force Main Replacement.  This adjustment reflects inflation price adjustments for Water supply from Cass Rural Water and Garbage & Recycling services provided by Countrywide Sanitation. Our current Force Main, which serves as the main line from the sanitary lift station to the lagoons, has far exceeded its life expectancy and is wore out. The project should be completed in approximately 6-8 weeks’ timeframe. The Storm Sewer will be paid in full soon and we will be removing the $8 monthly fee from the bill.
